Were you given an opportunity to appeal? If so, did you appeal and what was the response?: Yes. However all appeals were simply ignored. No response was given.

What have the consequences been for you because of this removal? Please describe in best detail.: Permanent account suspension, with no prior warning or response to appeals. Loss of all contacts, followers and messages from the suspended account. Unable to create a new account under the same name (RoxanneHuberOfficial). The permanent suspension of my professional account has been quite a set back for me as an emerging artist. Re-establishing a network and finding my audience again from zeros costs time and energy that I should spend working on my art.

Please write additional comments: I wish there was a way for instagram to distinguish between a genuine artist's account and one simply not following community guidelines. Even when I take down photo's immediately after posting to censor according to instagram guidelines, I am flagged for posting "inappropriate content". No opportunity is given to demonstrate account authenticity.
