Was there a notification of removal and if so what was the reason given?: "Against community guidelines on nudity or sexual activity."

What date were you censored?: 7/16/2017

Were you given an opportunity to appeal? If so, did you appeal and what was the response?: Constantly since 2017. Basically, my account is in the shadowban and most of my subscribers do not see my posts.

Were you given the opportunity to appeal to the oversight board? Did you receive a code that worked?: I did appeal but never got any response.

What have the consequences been for you because of this removal? Please describe in best detail.: Since then, everything I post reaches less than 20% of my followers and that's why I consider myself banned. I also had a loss of followers and for over 4 years I was unable to expand the audience and influence of my art. I have been working full time for the last 5 years to turn my Instagram into a showcase for my art store. It became my main source of income. Deleting and suppressing my posts cuts off my ability to communicate with those who specifically want to see and support my art.
