Yes, Appeals were mostly denied and applied to the Oversight Board but never heard back.

What have the consequences been for you because of this removal? Please describe in the best detail.
I have worked full time over the past 6 years to build my Instagram as my art store front. This is become my main source of putting food on my table. Deleting and suppressing my posts are like coming into my business and breaking everything. It cuts my connections and ability to communicate to those who specifically want to see and support my art.
